Receiving your images and products

Do you deliver every image you shoot?

No, we do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery.

How many images do you typically deliver from an engagement session? From a wedding?

We typically deliver anywhere from 50-70 images per 3-hour engagement shoot and for a wedding, we typically deliver 60-80 images per hour. Keep in mind these numbers may increase or decrease depending on the flow of the day and the number of events/activities needing to be captured.

When do I receive my images and album?

A few preview images are delivered within a week of your wedding and then all your images are available via the online gallery within six weeks of the wedding date, and this is when your USB card with all the hi-res images are sent to you as well. A draft album design is available 2-4 weeks after image delivery. Upon final approval of album designs, most albums are ready for delivery within 4 weeks weeks.

How do I pick images to go in my album?

After receiving your proofing gallery, we deliver a draft wedding album design to you within 2-4 weeks. This design includes select images from your engagement shoot and also your wedding day to tell a more complete love story. We’ve seen that choosing your own wedding album pictures leaves most people frustrated, over-whelmed and procrastinating, which delays the entire process. We also know that you may want to add some pictures that are more meaningful to you and so we give you an opportunity to have us make one round of changes before we send your album to print.

How do I get an album or prints for my parents/relatives/friends?

Your online gallery is shareable with your family and friends and they can buy prints and products directly from the site.

If you’d like to order another copy of the same wedding album these are offered at discounted rates and also available in different sizes. If you would like to create another wedding album we are happy to work with you to design this and have it printed and sent to you.

What other products do you offer?

We offer a variety of prints on metallic, matte, lustre paper as well as prints on canvas and metal. Products such as mugs and magnets are avilable as well. To view the list of available options simply add an image to your cart and click on either the prints tab or the products tab to see what is available for each image.

Reserving your date

How do I reserve you for my date?

All dates are reserved once we receive your signed contract and deposit.

If we cancel the wedding, will we receive our retainer fee back?

Unfortunately no because once we’ve reserved your date, we do not accept new clients for your date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, Cash App or Venmo.

Photography related questions

My venue is very dark. How does your studio handle these situations and can I see samples?

We have shot in the darkest of dark chapels and reception halls so no need to worry! We shoot all our weddings with a lighting assistant that sets up additional lighting to ensure we get not only properly exposed and focused pictures, but also the most creative. Some chapels do not allow for flash photography; and for that reason, we shoot on camera’s with superb low-light performance and lenses with low apertures.

Do you shoot headshots, individual portraits, family portraits, newborn shoots, commercial photography, or other types of photography?

Yes, we are available for any life events and  many fields of photography. Take a look at our galleries to see examples of our other work.Feel free to contact us
